A: This is likely because you are using an old version of the Taste of Charlotte app. The TOC app is no longer available on any app stores, like the Apple Store or Google Play. If you have those apps on your phone, then delete them. 

But don’t worry, if you had the app last year, just CLICK HERE, enter last year’s credentials to access your old account. Who knows? You could have left over coins from previous festivals. 

If you cannot remember your password, then simply click the HELP button and follow the reset your password procedure. This will require you to check your email used for your account to reset your password.

If you did not have an account at previous Taste of Charlotte festivals, then no worries. CLICK HERE to start with a fresh account.
